The global spread of COVID-19 has forced everyone to stay at home, the companies, business, schools are closed, even the students adopt online learning to proceed with their education. Most of the schools have developed home-based learning opportunities for their students during this pandemic situation. And also, the majority of people are trying to work from home during the COVID-19 outbreak. While some others are new to remote working, maybe due to COVID-19.

Working from home is becoming increasingly popular. Working from home for some employees is more interesting than working in an office because they can save money, spending more time with their family, work at their own pace, and having no stress during their work from home.

With the help of technology nowadays working from home has become so easy and people can communicate easily through different communicating options like email, phone calls, video chat, and much more.

When you’re working at home it’s more productive, because you work at your own pace, without any distractions. One of the most effective ways workers can stay productive is by taking a break throughout the day. Try to make a plan for your day, in a way that makes sense for your work environment.

Having a plan will help you to stay more productive during work at home. You must keep a structured schedule than usual when it comes to working from home, there are two groups of people, the first group thinks that people will get nothing done working from home, and the second group believes that working in an office is more productive and exquisite. But recent studies show that working from home is more productive and decrease pressure.

2: Less Stressful Environment

When you work in an office the stress is more than working at home, because maybe your boss is always looking over your shoulder, or your colleagues are too serious and so on, these things can cause anxiety to you while working in an office. But when you work at home the stress is less, because you have your scheduled structure and flexibility.

For example, if you are a web developer, content creator, or you are doing UI/UX design, it’s most likely you can do your work whenever it suits you, it okay that perhaps you have specific hours of work, but you can do it in your free time.

On the other hand, get organized while you are working from home, you can organize your work clearly by having a structured schedule, and create a relaxing workplace.

In typical, working from home could be slow for some people, because when you work in an office environment, you are trying to get done things on time, but at home, you may think you have more time and that causes you to work slowly. The energy that the office gives while working but the home does not. The office works

2: Easily Distracted

There are many distractions while working at home, such as people, phones, and our minds. Our phones are the biggest distraction that makes us keep checking them. And also, people, maybe your family, kids, friends, can easily distract you.

Sometimes try to find a quiet place for working, perhaps there are people around you that they don’t directly interrupt your work but may still be distracting. On the other hand, you can just tell people around you that your about to do your work and would appreciate it if they don’t disturb your work time, tell them that you can talk to them right after you have finished your work. So, at home the distraction is more than an office if you set everything right, then the distraction will be less.

Isolation or loneliness is especially happening for those who have been starting a new work from home, as started working from home you are not in contact with your friends, colleagues, boss, then if having any problem, we have to solve it exclusively. Isolation has a bad impact on employees that leads to poor outcomes and many more things.

4: Communication Challenges

One of the challenges of working from is this, not being able to have quick face to face conversations which makes it hard for co-workers to collaborate easier. For remote workers, time zone and distance make communication more difficult.

The reality is that this communication problem can be improved, and also you can use communication tools. Use a common communication tool to connect with your team. The propose behind using communication tool is to keep everyone engaged and communicate effectively while working from home, but it doesn’t affect like communicating face to face when you have a conversation face to face it’s more effective you can collaborate easily and discussing the problem with your co-workers than having a video conferencing conversation.
